Warranty and Tough as You Replacement Policy
At Rasco, we stand behind the quality and durability of every piece of workwear we make. We know that tough jobs demand tough gear, and sometimes things happen in the line of duty that no fabric can withstand. That’s why we proudly offer our Tough as You Replacement Policy on all full-price purchases.
Warranty Coverage
We guarantee our workwear against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace it — no questions asked.
Second Chances Replacement Policy
We understand that some jobs push gear to its limits. If your workwear is damaged in the line of duty — beyond normal wear and tear but not due to a defect — we’ll offer you a one-time replacement at no cost on full-price purchases.
Here’s how it works:
- Available on full-price purchases only (proof of purchase required).
- Covers significant damage that renders the garment unusable due to demanding work conditions.
- Submit a claim within 12 months of purchase with photos and a short description of what happened.
- We’ll send you a replacement of the same or comparable item, giving your gear a second chance to prove itself.
Exclusions
- Damage from intentional misuse or alteration
- Loss or theft
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or final markdown
- Items purchased through a third-party seller or distributor
How to Submit a Claim
- Email us at support@rasco.com with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Photos of the damaged item
- Brief description of how the damage occurred in the line of duty
- Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days.
- Approved claims will receive a replacement shipped free of charge.
