"This cap is my husband's favorite hat"
Problem
"Received my order & the skull caps were too big for my husband. We contacted company about how to go about returning for exchange & the girl emailed us how to . Said there would be a return lable to print ,and other skull caps to choose from / after that we went over my head measurements while on phone . she said I needed a 6 3/4 , but no Skull caps were available in that size . After call we opened that email and tried everything it said to :open the exchange return & return lable . Nothing was working & wouldn’t allow exchange . Called her back ,she said retry it under :refund return ? That it looked like I’d have to return , once they get - they credit money to card . Then I’d have to place a hole new order - so we again tried that way ,again wouldn’t let us do anything ? Called back a 3rd time & the girl (manager she said she was ) appoligized, said the system is having issues ( that they were going to go ahead & send me 2 more skull caps / different as ones I’d ordered were out of stock) so now we decided on the (Red Flames skull cap in size she recommended 6 3/4 . Only then to find out that size was out of stock / I told her being they do have the size 7 - to just send 2 Red flames caps . That I was sure those will fit / I even offered to just go to the post office & return the first 2 at my cost for shipping ,once I receive the other 2 Red Flames caps . she said No that’s not Necessary (to just donate the ones I got to someone or Thrown them away ? I ask if she was sure those, she replied yes. She didn’t feel I should be going through all this trouble & not my fault the system on exchange return was down . So we decided on : 2 size 7 Red Flames Skull Caps ,she said she would get them sent out right away (under the order name on first order / Wanda Tingle . This all took place last Wednesday , we’re at the end of the next following week (Friday ,July 11th 2025) still haven’t received any other replacement caps & no email saying anything ? They have my email : Tdoctingle1@gmail.com & my phone #(205)903-1069 but as stated I’ve heard or seen nothing ? As of yet."

"Caps run a bit on the large size i always ware a 7 1/4 and it fits a tad bit loose hopefully it will shrink when washed and dried, received my order promptly"
