"Quality built, Western cut, pearl snaps. Very pleased with the shirt and have told 11 coworkers to get online and order same. I’m disappointed with the handling / restocking fee and exchange policy on their woodland button down camo FR shirt that I had to return instead of exchanging. Their customer service was NOT helpful with trying to make an exchange. 33% handling fee is excessive and should be credited when you make an exchange."
