When your work environment requires FR from head to toe, this is the piece that covers the gap between your collar and your hard hat.
With an 8.9 cal/cm² arc rating (ATPV), CAT 2 — [certs: NFPA 70E, ASTM F1506 — confirm], it meets FR compliance requirements for face protection. The elastic in FR-rated fabric holds it in place without non-compliant materials against your face. Wire framing under the top edge shapes the mask to your face, reducing gaps and fogging for workers wearing safety glasses or a face shield underneath.
