Everything works exactly as it should — the two-way FR taped brass concealed zipper zips, the pockets close. The tarnish is on the finish, not the function.
Three fully FR layers built for cold-weather CAT 3 work: 10 oz FR cotton duck shell, 4 oz FR modacrylic insulation, and a 7 oz FR cotton twill lining — every layer FR, all the way through. With a 35 cal/cm² arc rating (ATPV), CAT 3 — NFPA 70E, ASTM F1506, NFPA 2112 certified by UL, CSA Z462, and CGSB 155.20 — it meets every major compliance standard including Canadian requirements.
