PROCESSING TIME

As soon as you click "buy," we get to work. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a weekday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the next business day. Print-on-demand items are made to order and may take a few extra business days to ship.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

FREE Economy shipping on all orders of $150 or more (estimated delivery 5–8 business days).

For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service. Available options include UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS First Class Mail.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it faster? Expedited options are available at checkout. If you need to expedite an order that has already been placed, contact us right away at support@rasco.com or 225-273-3163 and we'll do everything we can to help.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations. International orders ship from the US, and rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We'll do everything we can to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
