5.5 oz Westex DH Air™ combines 47% Lenzing Lyocell for natural moisture-wicking breathability, 35% Modacrylic for inherent flame resistance, and 15% Aramid for durability and abrasion resistance — dual-hazard protection (arc flash and flash fire) in the lightest, most breathable FR coverall fabric available. The Lyocell component is sustainably sourced from wood pulp and naturally moves moisture away from skin, making this the coverall for hot-weather industrial work where comfort and compliance both matter.
The 2" Yellow/Silver/Yellow FR reflective trim adds hi-vis compliance — one coverall satisfying arc flash, flash fire, and visibility requirements simultaneously.
With a 9.1 cal/cm² arc rating (ATPV), CAT 2 — ASTM F1506, NFPA 2112 certified by UL, CSA Z462, CGSB 155.20, and NFPA 70E — it meets every major compliance standard including Canadian requirements. Rated for industrial laundering and home wash.
