FR Insulated Bib Overall — 38 cal CAT 3, Built for Cold and Demanding Work

The FR Insulated Bib Overall carries a 38 cal/cm² arc rating (ATPV) — CAT 3 in three fully FR layers: 10 oz FR cotton duck shell, 4 oz FR modacrylic insulation, and a 7 oz FR cotton twill lining — every layer FR, all the way through.
CAT 3 protection in an insulated bib is uncommon. For utility crews, linemen, and electrical workers facing higher-energy exposure environments in cold conditions, this is the garment that covers both requirements without layering multiple pieces.
The leg zippers run from ankle to just below the knee — enough to step in and out over your work boots without removing them. FR plastic buckles on the shoulder straps keep all hardware FR-compliant. A front chest pocket keeps essentials accessible without unzipping.
